Windows God Mode is a folder that list all configuration panels at once.
No, it won't give you over powerful powers (I'm sorry)
To use it, just create a folder and rename it with GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}. It works as a normal folder.

Nevertheless, it can be very useful.
